Starting Over (Again) - Week 3

My last post was more than a year ago. Obviously, I didn't stay with it then, since I got up to 281.2 on 07.23.08. Unbelievably, my 44th birthday came and went again (funny how it keeps doing that). On Monday 11.03 (weighing in at 279), Heidi and I started working out 6x/week, and I started eating within my 1500 calorie range, logging my food each day. The first week went well - I lost 4.6lbs (274.4). I slacked off a little the second week (last week) - and gained 1.4 back. I didn't log my food for three days and went over range most of those three days, I would guess. Also, we only worked out 4 or 5x that week. However, yesterday is the start of a new (my 3rd) week. So, I'm back on board. My goal is to get down to 272 by the end of November! My weight as of yesterday is 275.8 - so I have a little less than 4lbs to go in 12 days. I can do it!

Wow, I didn't even realize that your last post was from last year. This year you CAN and WILL kick fat's a$$! :) This time next year you will be able to look back and see how far you've come. You're doing a great job!

Don't let those set backs stop you.
No one is judging - we all fall off track at some point. The key is to get back on it and keep trying.
